HKN Studio was established in 2019 by Ravid Hakan, a textile artist and fashion designer specializing in various knitting techniques such as crochet, knitting, embroidery, and silk printing. Haken is the recipient of the Mifal HaPais Young Artist Award and the America-Israel Cultural Foundation Scholarship in the field of textile design. He is a graduate of the Textile Department at Shenkar College, specializing in knitting.
Since the studio's inception, thousands of kilometers of yarn have been knitted into unique creations. Each item is meticulously hand-knitted and carefully treated by Ravid himself, whether through embroidery or silk printing workshops. The studio's primary focus is on one-of-a-kind pieces alongside made-to-order collections, celebrating the wearer's body and uniqueness.
